She hates the sunshine and fresh spring grass makes her sneeze. She stays in the darkest part of the woods. When she has to go out in the sun, she bundles herself up in an eccentric fashion. Long sleeves, visor (in addition to her big brimmed witch's hat), dark sunglasses, thick sunblock on her nose, galoshes.
She has a great-aunt Mildred who lives in a cave on a slope above the forest. Millie is an experienced witch who has little patience for Snaggletooth's obsession with picnickers. She wishes she would practice her spells more often instead.
